How Our Process Works

 – STEP 1 –

Find the product or service you would like to order and click the order now button. Once you are on the order form page, fill out the questions and click submit.

 


– STEP 2 –

Once you have submitted the order form, our event project manager will review your request and contact you to discuss your project. At this time they will answer any question you may have along with supply you custom quotes for specific projects and for your dancefloor wraps.

– STEP 3 –

Once your order has been processed, you will need to reserve your date and in some cased leave a deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as E-transfers.

– STEP 4 –

Now that you have reserved your date, our designers will begin working on your projects. If you will need designs to be created, this is the time we will design and present them to you. The design service is included with our packages.

– STEP 5 –

Once your designs are ready they will be emailed to you. You can review and request alterations, you can email your changes or call us to discuss your changes. You can request alterations until you are 100% satisfied.

– STEP 6 –

Once you have finalized your design we will scheduled your project to be printed and installed. Our installation team will confirm the date and location a few days before.
